How does it work?

Some of our treatments require a prescription. If you don’t have a prescription you can use our e-consultation service to confirm the diagnosis after which we can issue a private prescription. Please note this is not a replacement for a face to face consultation with a dermatologist if the diagnosis is unknown.

This service is undertaken by a Consultant Dermatologist. You will need to complete a form to provide information about your specific skin problem together with background information about your general health and current medication. If possible we suggest you upload some digital photographs to help us to diagnose the problem. 

 


Is my information safe?

Yes we use the latest encryption software to ensure your information is totally secure


When can I expect a response?

We aim to reply within 24 hours, we will respond directly by email.


How much does it cost?

There is no charge


What happens if I need treatment?

Detailed information on the recommended treatment will be provided. If you need treatment you will be able to ask your GP to issue a prescription by showing them our consultation reply form. Alternatively we are able to issue a private prescription and the treatment will be sent by next day delivery. If we feel you need to see a dermatologist you can locate your local recommended dermatologist on our website and request an appointment via e-mail.


What if you can't make a diagnosis?

Although we are usually able to make a diagnosis in most cases, occasionally it isn't possible without seeing the patient. If this happens we will probably recommend that you arrange a consultation with one of our locally recommended dermatologists and this can be arranged via the website, we will send a referral letter for you.
